I love Uttarkhand. I have visited it twice over last five years. It is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have been to. I travelled with my family and the biggest problem was finding clean toilet facilities on the route. May the department of tourism may invest in such facilities.
one of the few untouched and unspoilt hill beauties in North.
it welcomes oneself with a cozy small market , vert non-commercial people and excellent natural locales

Friends
I have seen quite a few places in the Garhwal region. viz. Uttarkashi, Dodital, Aguada during my school and college days and frankly I have not visited any other place outside our Motherland for a visit. My personnel opinion is that it is the best places for a visit by the persons of any age groups, one can do trekking, Mountaineering or enroll them at the NIM – Uttarkashi for the basic and advanced Mountaineering courses or for the rock climbing courses. It is a place where POLLUTION has still not creeped in. Wish it remains the same.
its very very beautiful place……………………..
