I have been staying in Goa for last 1yr, friends when ever u get oppurtunity visit Goa. In the month of Dec and Jan Goa is awesome.

I visited GOA for the first time in 1969. I felt I was in a foreign country. Vasco everywhere it was a sight to behold.There were ships and great activity. That was when I was 26 years Old. I visited Goa after say 20 years. I was aghast. It was totally destoyed. I went to see Vasco alongwith my children to give a little I cherished. GOA was so much changed. I felt the industrialisation and using the port as a outlet for exporting iron ore, my God, it has totally killed that port. Money is not everything. If we cannot preserve, we do not deserve. What is there is life, money is not everything. We do not deserve GOA, I never pardon myself, such a beautiful place thouroughly raped and mangled. It is like throwing away the rich culture. It pains me the way we are commercialising everything.

i was lucky to visit GOA a few occations. the goa shown in pictures are good. but the Much of goa is in its forestes and the beautiful people

I had been to Goa couple of years back. I enjoyed Casino ship most. Like Goa there r many places in India with fabulous beaches. But The casino & the church buildings r great. One this I miss most there is no night life there! so, visitors get bored. There should be some good night clubs…..
